Participate anytime between March 1 - April 30

Move for a mission and inspire local women and girls to reach their full potential, one step at a time.
In 2024, we launched our first-ever 5K Walk to benefit Mid-Columbia women and girls, which was a fun and fruitful success.
Now, we are joining Soroptimist of the Americas for SI3R’s Walk for Women ’25, a worldwide walking event.
Soroptimist’s annual Walk for Women is a global initiative to empower women and girls through education and opportunity – and to honor the strength and spirit of women everywhere!
It’s a celebration of Women's History Month in March and International Women's Day on March 8. It's also a special opportunity to:
reach out and engage our communities
donate money to help uplift local women and girls
raise awareness of our Soroptimist mission and good works

Why Participate?
By joining our Walk for Women, you are taking steps – literally, to have an enriching effect on the lives of women and girls locally, and also globally. Together, we will raise awareness of the transformative work that Soroptimist is doing, not only here in the Mid-Columbia region but around the world! Funds we raise here support SI3R’s scholarships and programs that provide education and opportunity to local women and girls facing adversity.
